Our full service coordination package includes every aspect of wedding planning and management from the day you get engaged to the time you leave for your honeymoon. This will usually apply to weddings of  350 people or more where there are perhaps two ceremonies, or the weddings are over two days, as in our Indian and/or African weddings.  Whether you’re planning a large event with numerous details, or simply don’t have the time to manage every vendor, attend every meeting, order every piece of rental equipment, we’re here to make it happen. As your full time wedding team, we are here for you from day one, transforming your vision into reality. We’ll make sure you find the picture perfect venue, and will hand assemble the best team of vendors that the area has to offer. We will design, create, manage, plan and coordinate every single detail and every single minute of your special day. We’ll be the primary contact for your vendors, making all appointments, managing all your rentals, setting up hotel blocks for guests, distributing welcome baskets, coordinating your rehearsal dinner and decorating your bridal suite
